TERMS & CONDITIONS

Our service includes delivery, set up and collection to ensure the decorations are displayed at their best and as agreed with you.
Once you have chosen your decorations, a non-refundable payment of 25% of the total balance will secure your booking with us. The remainder is payable by twenty eight days prior to the function date but interim payments can be made at any time.

Terms and Conditions:

  1. We’ ‘Us’ ‘Owner’ and ‘Our’ mean the seller/supplier of the goods that being Il Bello Venue Decoration.
  2. You’ ‘Your’ or ‘Hirer’ means the Hirer of the goods as named on the invoice.
  3. ‘Goods’ shall mean all items hired by you as listed on the invoice.
  4. All goods remain the property of the owner at all times
  5. The hire period shall be the event date on the invoice.
  6. The Hirer shall be solely responsible for the hired goods and for insuring them against loss or damage from the time of set up or receipt until return and acceptance of goods back into the possession of the owner.
  7. The Owner shall not be responsible for injury or damage to persons or property howsoever sustained arising from any hired/supplied goods.
  8. In the event of a cancelled booking a cancellation charge of 25% of the order will be payable.
  9. A non refundable booking fee equal to 25% of the proposed order is required to secure all bookings.
  10. We do not reserve goods for hire/supply until the booking fee has been paid.
  11. Full payment for all hired/supplied goods is required by 28 days prior to the event date. Should payment not be received by this time, we will assume our services are no longer required and that the order is cancelled. 
  12. Delivery and collection of goods is to be made to and from the same address. Any loss or damage to the goods will be charged at their full replacement value, no substitute item will be accepted by the owner. The hirer will be informed of any loss/damage within 7 days.
  13. Linen may be returned soiled. However, if the owner finds that irreversible damage and/or damage through mistreatment has been caused to the goods e.g. rips, cigarette burns, candle wax, excessive food and drink stains, then the owner will issue the hirer with an invoice for the cost of their replacement. Replacement charges for all hired goods are available upon request. Invoices will be issued within 28 days of the event date.
  14. A refundable loss/damage deposit is required in addition to the cost of the order. The amount of this deposit is related to the value of the decorations booked and will be refunded within 7 days of the collection/receipt of all hired goods undamaged.
  15. By your payment of the booking fee and signature on this form, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and accepted our Terms and Conditions.
